I wanted to build homes the way I would build one for my own family — with honest materials, fair pricing, and a timeline we actually stick to. I've seen too many families in Odisha go through the stress of unclear paperwork, delayed possession dates, and construction that didn't match what was promised. That experience shaped how we work at Ibhaan Homes. We keep our projects manageable enough that I can personally stay close to construction quality, and transparent enough that every customer knows exactly where their money is going and when their home will be ready.
